The Discovery phase…

During this phase we are uncovering ideas, collecting information & data, reading the energy of your business & how it wants to move through the world. You’ll complete a Deep Discovery Questionnaire which asks you to get clear about your ideal client, what you plan to offer & why, your vision, mission, values & goals. Then you’ll complete an Archetype Workbook which will help create your brand personality & messaging.

If we’re creating a website, this is when you would receive the Website Workbook. This is a structured fillable document which aligns with your website layout, so you can start dropping in your written content.

Also included is a 2hr strategy session where we go through my summary of your responses to start building a plan. We’ll look at your market position in the industry, as well as check out your peers & competitors to develop your point of difference. If you’re an existing business we’ll review what is or isn’t working for you & brainstorm solutions.

I include a tarot reading as part of my creative process & you‘ll also be offered a natal chart reading.

Finally I’ll create a mood board & strategy document for you to review & approve before we move into the Design phase.

The Design phase...

During this phase I get to work creating unique visuals for your business. I’ll craft a custom logo, develop your colour palette & typography system, and collect high quality stock imagery to elevate & reinforce your brand visuals. We’ll do a brand design presentation on zoom showing you all the variations of your logo combined with the fonts, colours & stock imagery, plus a range of mockups so you can see how it will look on a range of different media. Space is here created for revisions.

If we’re creating a website, this phase will include a preview of your proposed site, with the full design being implemented once the brand design has been approved.

The Launch phase…

Once you’re happy with all the designs, we get ready to birth your beautiful business into the world. You’ll receive a folder of all your approved designs nicely organised into file types & colours, along with your Visual Branding Guide which provides clear direction on how to use every element of your new brand. I’ll create a Launch Carousel & caption for you to approve, and we’ll schedule your social media launch.
